Ingredients

  • I rotisserie chicken deboned and cubed
  • 3 celery stalks diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup avocado mayo
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp red wine or apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Debone and cube rotisserie chicken.
